CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES

JOIN THE KID'S CLUB AT NO CHARGE !

Kid's club free of charge, organises great activities for the little ones.

Children aged over 4 years are welcome to join our club, play leaders will make them have good moments with the ateliers of painting, salt's pasta , cooking, gardening, dancing, magic and so on !

The great adventure of treasure hunt will leave unforgettable memories to your kids. Crazy and great activities as well as summer friends : everything is there for the kid's happiness !!!

The kid's club welcomes children aged 4 - 12 years, from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 2p.m. to 6p.m., except Saturdays. The camp leaders present the program upon your arrival at the welcome drink on Sunday evening.

CONDITIONS AND PAYMENTS

Download the booking contract :

(Apply to both types of rental : camping pitches and lodges )

1) All rental is nominative and it can not be yielded in any case.

2) In July and august the operator can only accept reservations of at least 7 days in July and August..

Camping pitches : Arrival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. in july and august. Off season : free arrival. Departure before 12:00. Accommodations : Arrival from 4 p.m. to 8p.m. in july and august. Off season : from 2p.m. to 6p.m. Departure before 10 a.m.

3) The present rental agreement only becomes effective after reception of a deposit amounting to 30% of the cost of the stay + 30 E of booking fees that must be paid by check, credit/debit card, or bankers' transfer made out to the "Camping OASIS PALAVASIENNE".

4) The total amount of the stay has to be done 30 days before the start of your stay. For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full payment has to be made while booking. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.

5) If no letter or fax is received from the customer or camper stating that he/she has had to delay their arrival date, the pitch or accommodation is freed 12 hours after the date mentioned in the present contract.

6) The 30% deposit will be refunded for any cancellation notified by registered mail at least 30 days before the arrival date. After this time no refunds can be made. After our confirmation, your engagement is firm and definitive.

7) Any booking contract that is not accompanied by the payment of the deposit and the booking fees is null and void. Similarly, any payment of a deposit and booking fees that is not accompanied with the duly signed present contract and the campsite rules, will not ensure the rental.

8) The customer undertakes to comply with the campsite rules and ensures that these are complied with by the people occupying the pitch. He/she also declares that he has taken note of the prices applicable during the year, that are attached to the contract. Otherwise, the direction can forbid him or her the access to the camping park, and in this case no refund will be given.

9) Refund conditions (except booking fees) : only in case of hospitalisation or death of a close family member and presentation of proofs. Attention : all stay started is owed.

10) PAYMENT : no reductions or refunds will be guaranted for late arrivals or early departures.

11) We keep the right to refuse the access to the campsite to groups or families having a larger number of people exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.

12) The direction decline all responsibility in case of lost, theft, accidents and incidents between the occupants and/or visitors during the stay.

13) It is forbiden to set tents up on the pitch of a mobil-home.

For the rental of accommodation : ROOM or MOBIL-HOME.

1) The customer must have insurance cover for theft, civil responsibility and third party risks.

2) A deposit of 200 E has payable by the customer on the arrival day. This will only be refunded after an inventory has been conducted at the end of the stay. If any damage is found, the cost of restoring the site to its original condition and replacing missing or damaged equipment will be deducted from the caution.

3) A sum of 50 E will be deducted from the deposit if the rented accommodation has not been cleaned on the day of the departure,in accordance with the campsite rules that state that customers must clean the accommodation. All damaged or broken object has to be refund by the client.

CANCELLATION :

If any of the clauses of the present contract are not executed, it could be cancelled as of right after formal notice by registered mail fails to elicit any response. The site must be freed within 2 days.

Lattes is also a wonderful natural protected site , several paths to discover the fauna and the flora easily reachable from the camping by bike by foot or by horse whatever you prefer. The Nature's house will be pleased to guide you through the paths and the ponds and will make you discover the area with the mixture of nature, ecology and the traditions of the Camargue.

PALAVAS LES FLOTS

The Oasis Palavasienne campsite introduces you Palavas les flots.

Palavas is a very convivial and sunny beach city with an average of 300 sunny days per year. Near from Montpellier, Palavas les flots is located at the edge of the Mediterranean along the Languedoc Roussillon's coast. The Oasis Palavasienne camping park, is well-settled in the community of Lattes because of the magnificent landscape offered by this place next to Palavas les Flots, Montpellier and the Mediterranean. You will be pleased while being on holidays and discovering the Languedoc visiting the surroundings. It doesn't worth going farther, Palavas is one of the Hérault's little treasures.

Between ponds and the blue sea, Palavas les flots also means three centuries of history and discoveries… We strongly recommend taking the small train "Albert Dubout" leaving from the small and charming fishing port. The morning is a privileged moment to see fishing men arrive and then handle the fresh fish, fished just few minutes before.

Maybe you will also have the time of watching one of the typical sports of this region : the languedocian battles. More than a tradition, all the ports of the Languedoc practise these combats over spectacular and festive boats. These languedocian battles are organised during the summer season, unmissable !

If you are thinking about relaxation, the Mediterranean coast offers more than 7 km of fine sandy beach here in the Hérault area... a real paradise. To admire the beauty of the port you can visit the emblematic Lighthouse of Palavas. Up there you will enjoy an incredible view of the village and you have also the possibility of tasting delicious meals at the sunset time, because the lighthouse has became a restaurant.

All the paths leaving from the camping park invite to an unforgettable walk at the edge of the ponds, either by foot or by bike or by horse. The pink flamingos and the heron will come to meet you.

The camping park is located just 6 km away from Montpellier's center, the capital city of Languedoc Roussillon of about 400 000 inhabitants.
8th french city, Montpellier is an amazing student's capital as well as an unmissable tourist spot, that is why the campsite has a bus stop that will allow you to reach the main square of Montpellier's downtown : the place de la comédie (bus line 32).

Discover a city full of cultural treasures, with a varied environment and a rich patrimony. Montpellier's center is totally pedestrian and you will see that it's very nice to have a walk there !

You can walk without worrying about the traffic at "l' Ecusson" and enjoying the historical, architectural and natural richness of the city. Thanks to its many parks, museums, and guided visits, you are gonna be immersed in a whole medieval past preciously conserved among the years.

Montpellier is also the ideal place for a shopping day. On the legendary place de la comédie you will find cafés and restaurants and a couple of meters away the big shopping center "Polygone" right in the heart of the city. The small streets of "l' Ecusson" that leave from this square have beautiful and unique boutiques full of charm offering peculiar objects and typical flavors or justly atypical...

Pitches in Palavas

Discover a camping in the Hérault that looks like a green oasis with shady pitches to protect you from the Midi's sun heat. For all those who want to enjoy the radiant sun from Lattes some of our pitches are totally sunny.

For your pleasure, the Oasis Palavasienne campsite offers two types of pitches:

¤ Pitches for tent of 60m²
¤ Pitches for caravans of 100m².

Every pitch has an electric hook-ups (7 amperes).
The pitchesare limited to 6 persons maximum, it's the law.
Motor-homes are welcome.
The campsite has two spots with toilet and shower facilities, easily accessible...

Important information
Don't forget your European adaptator (European electric hook ups) and anticipate an extra electric extension lead.

Since the opening in the morning, the campground offers its small shop on-site where you will find a variety of general goods .

Regional products, fresh beverages, and all the ingredients to cook at your mobil-home a delicious breakfast or a simple and convivial meal: everything you need is available there. And of course, delicious candies and ice creams that will delight all sugar lovers...

The Oasis Palavasienne has a bakery where we prepare our own fresh bread. The baguettes and the hot viennoiseries baked everyday from April till September. We make our bread all day long!
